Rapid Prototyping and Development (PAC RPD)
PAC Racing Springs has pioneered technology that allows PAC with customer interface to design and test springs more rapidly than ever before. With PAC racing RPD we can rapidly produce and engine test dozens of spring iterations and valve train components in a day. A service never offered before in the market.
PAC RPD technology allows the user to evaluate PAC installed or customer installed instrumentation on a customer specific engine and make running changes to springs and many other valve train components while evaluating the real time data. Learn more about testing
PAC Racing Springs Onsite Technical support
If you have a specific application that you would like to evaluate, PAC Racing Springs offers instrumentation setup and data evaluation for onsite testing. With our highly specialized spring instrumentation, specially developed by PAC, we are able to assist you and your needs to evaluate spring and valve train performance. Special Springs and Custom orders
PAC Racing Springs has a wide range of capability through our connection to the automotive OEM market. We can offer springs from wire size 0.008 inches diameter to wire size of 1.250 inches in diameter. With spring diameters ranging from 0.024 inches to 18 inches with free length up to eight feet long.
With our manufacturing capability also comes our highly technical processing capability, whether you need the highest tech processing, to lower tech processing, PAC Racing Springs has the research and technical expertise to provide you with what you need for your application.
